2010 Downtown Troy Halloween Happenings 
Join us for the Troy Noon Optimist Halloween Costume Parade & Contest! Saturday October 23rd marks the date that we will have all the haunting good fun in Downtown Troy! Bring your costumed kids and family members with you to walk in the costume parade. Parade lineup will begin at 9:30a.m. at the Hobart Center Parking Lot. The parade will begin at 9:45a.m. followed by the costume judging. Afterward, reward your ghouls and goblins by visiting the participating downtown businesses for trick-or-treating time! Don't forget to collect the letters from the businesses to solve the mystery scavenger scramble for your special prize from Troy Main Street!
